How to become an OHB client

Age 60 or older and living within an Operation Homebound delivery route. The program is for people who can no longer prepare meals themselves. No doctor’s note is required.
2. Call the OHB office
Call (352) 689-1040 Monday – Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. The office confirms whether your address is in the delivery area.
3. Arrange your meals
Discuss delivery days, the minimum of two meals per week ($7.00 per meal), payment arrangements, and scholarship options if needed.
Sign-up is by phone. There is no online form to sign up for meal delivery.
If you are helping a family member, call the office to discuss the next steps.
