Meet Our Pastor

The Rev. Dr. Kyle D. Hite is honored to serve as the fourth Senior Pastor of North Lake Presbyterian Church in Lady Lake, Florida. With over 26 years of pastoral ministry, Pastor Kyle brings a deep heart for Christ, a genuine love for connecting with people, and a rich background in congregational leadership across Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida.

Pastor Kyle’s educational journey reflects a commitment to lifelong learning and deep pastoral care. After studying Psychology at the University of South Carolina, he earned his Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary and later completed his doctorate at the University of Chicago. His studies have also spanned Wake Forest University, the University of Kentucky, the University of Wyoming, and Asbury Theological Seminary.

Drawn by the warmth of the Florida sunshine and the wonderful spirit of Lady Lake, Kyle and his wife, Christie, are thrilled to call this community home. Christie serves as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and mental health counselor. They have two sons: Alex, an Air Force lieutenant studying medicine at the Uniformed Services University in Washington, D.C., and Mykal, a midshipman at the United States Naval Academy. Rounding out the family is Deacon, a certified therapy dog, who is always ready to make new friends, chase a ball, or offer a warm snuggle.
